- 1 - 3 years working in Gold Loan Appraising especially either in NBFC or Banking Industry/ Gold Loan Industry
In this Role you will
- Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.
- Be responsible for lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
- Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
What we're looking for in a candidate
- Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
- Good communication, presentation and retention skills
- A knack for establishing rapport with customers
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented
- Must have a bike to travel
