● Ensure fulfilment of customer’s gold loan requirement ● Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process ● Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and saltwater ● Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
● Build a long-term relationship with customers for future business
● Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage locations

● Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on the location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus ● Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications ● Two-wheeler and license for travel ● Technical Skills - Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc
